Hello! This is the PR representative for Footbank Systems.
In September, we held our company-wide event, which we hold once every three months!
📈Public meetings held once every three months
In addition to reports from each department, the general meeting shared an overview of the fifth term and future prospects.
It was a valuable time to realign the direction of the entire company.
🤔 Internal event: Brainstorming to think about the future of Footbank Systems
The event marked the 5th anniversary of the company's founding, and participants brainstormed on the theme of "What kind of company do we want to be in the future?" and discussed current issues, the image of the company they want to be in 10 years, and future directions.
We will use this event as an opportunity to continue creating opportunities for dialogue in the future.
🍻After the event, we went to a social gathering
After the event, we held a social gathering at an izakaya!
Members who were currently working in the field also got together for the first time in a while and were able to deepen their connections over a delicious meal.
Through this event, we were able to share the issues each of us felt and the vision we had for the company. We will use the opinions that came up in the discussion to improve our organization and work to bring us closer to our ideal image of the company.
