We bring you a report on the December All-Society, Recreation and Year-End Party that was held recently!
We held a social, recreational and year-end party!
Recently, Footbank Systems held a social, recreational and year-end party.
This was the first time that Footbank Systems was able to rent out a large conference space, providing an opportunity for all members to gather together.
It was a valuable opportunity for members who usually work remotely or at different locations to meet face-to-face and share the company's direction and future plans.
Introducing new friends
The society also introduced new members.
It was a good opportunity to get to know the personalities of the people I will be working with.
We welcomed new members and had a great time moving forward as a team.
The team competition recreation was a big hit!
During the recreational activities, employees and related parties were divided into three teams and played games.
The first game is
"Let's match the answers in five people" game!
The rules are that if all members of a team write the same answer, they get points, and although it's simple, it's surprisingly difficult.
For the question "What is ◯◯'s hobby?"
There were several different answers, which caused laughter from the audience.
“It was a pleasant moment where we got a glimpse into each other's personalities.
Next came
"Let's express the topic in Kanji" game!
The question was to express the topic in one kanji character and convey it to the respondent.
The individuality of each team shone through, with some teams thinking carefully and others prioritizing speed.
Communication was fostered across departmental and position boundaries, and the venue was filled with smiles from start to finish.
Ending the year with a year-end party
After the recreational activities, we rented out an international restaurant near Hatchobori and held a year-end party.
Over delicious food and drinks, members who don't usually have a chance to talk to each other were able to interact and close out the year in a relaxed atmosphere.
